How To Make Guilt-Free Cookie Dough
No need to turn on the oven. Just stir, chill (if you can wait), and dig in!
Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese (for creamy texture + extra protein)
1½ cups Fage 2% Greek yogurt
1 cup almond flour
3 cups vanilla protein powder (your favorite kind)
¼ cup honey
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tsp vanilla bean paste or extract
A sprinkle of sea salt
½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl (or blender for ultra-smooth texture), combine the cottage cheese, yogurt, honey, almond butter, and vanilla extract. Blend or mix well until smooth. Add the almond flour, protein powder, and salt. Stir until fully incorporated into a dough-like consistency. Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop into small containers or enjoy straight from the bowl. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a week—or freeze in single portions for grab-and-go protein treats.
This high-protein cookie dough is perfect as a snack, a pre-gym boost, or a sweet bite before bed.
Have you ever tried making a dessert with cottage cheese? What’s your favorite healthy indulgence?
